Prep 1 - Mix chopped herbs together. Brush Salmon with oil and season with salt and black pepper. Press Salmon Filet on to fresh herbs one side only. Heat sauce pan with rest of oil, sear herb side of the Salmon for 2 minutes turn Salmon over and place into a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Set Salmon on seven grain salad.
Prep 2 - Simmer seven grain blend until water has evaporated completely, set aside to cool. Roast corn on broiler with husk on for 20 minutes, set aside to cool. Peel husk off and shuck kernel off the cob. Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well, season with salt and pepper.
Press cold seven grain mix into 4 inch ring mold until solid, push mix out onto plate, place salmon on top of salad, garnish with chopped fresh herbs.
